A Panel of 60 local experts in behavioral health will be reviewing the current design of the behavioral health system and providing recommendations, based on their constituents input, for the future to the Collaborative and to the Medicaid Modernization process. This Summer of 2011 is a time when people across our State will be thinking and talking about how we continue to transform our behavioral health system, how we modernize Medicaid while ensuring its sustainability, and how we grow the delivery of quality and cost effective behavioral health care.---------------------------
